PREPARING AND INVESTING IN LEADERS FOR TOMORROW
Historically America’s socially and economically disadvantaged are forced to overcome more hurdles to success than citizens raised in financially and developmentally secure households. Although numerous government initiatives exist to address this disparity, a consistent gap has remained in top leadership positions in the military and other federal government organizations. PILOT was specifically developed to help America’s underprivileged clear these hurdles through personal and professional development in preparation for service in the military and other leading government agencies.
