William Ricks - Executive Director
Mr. Ricks is the founder and Executive Director of PILOT. He has over 15 years experience in the military, defense contracting and education fields. He is a 2008 graduate of the US Naval Academy(BS Mechanical Engineering), and is 2012 graduate of George Washington University (MPS, Safety & Security Leadership)

Ryan Angold - Board Member
Mr. Angold has served this country and brought expertise, experience, and excellence to every position he has held. Mr.. Angold served in the United States Navy as a Naval Special Warfare Officer. Mr. Angold transitioned to working in the defense industry, where he excelled at developing and introducing new products and technologies to the U.S. Military. He is currently the CEO of Atlantic Dive Supply.

Angela Troy - Board Member
Ms. Angela Troy is the President and Founder of Troy Consulting. Angela has over 20 years of experience providing Management Consulting. She has held leadership positions at Ernst & Young, LLP/Cap Gemini and Point B Solutions Group. Prior to management consulting, Ms. Troy worked for The Boeing Company supporting electrical power systems design and analysis (Boeing 767 AWACS) and the IBM Corporation as a manufacturing process engineer. Her years of technical and business acumen have allowed her opportunities across various industries including health care, software development, telecommunications, retail, real estate and legal.

Mark Donald - Board Member
Mark L. Donald served 25 years in the special operations community as a Reconnaissance Marine, Navy SEAL Corpsman and Physician Assistant. A recipient of 3 of the nation’s top 4 medals for valor, he is the most highly decorated medical officer for care under fire since the Second World War. Mark is a graduate of the renowned Army Special Forces Medic Course (18D), and numerous other special operations and expeditionary trauma training programs. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science, and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. He has served as an instructor, preceptor and site coordinator for two major physician assistant programs, and has extensive operational experience.

Michael Levinson - Board Member
Mr. Levinson is an executive vice president, leveraged finance and special situations portfolio manager, and member of the income portfolio management team in the Newport Beach office. He joined the leveraged finance team in 2012 after two years as a credit analyst. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2009, he was a leveraged finance research analyst at Credit Suisse. He has 15 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy.

Zerbin Singleton - Board Member
Zerbin Singleton is a Major in the US Marine Corps. He is a 2008 Graduate of the US Naval Academy. During college, he enjoyed a standout career on the football field, where he earned Disney's Wide World of Sports Spirit Award and the FedEx Orange Bowl Courage Award for being the most inspirational and courageous collegiate football player in the nation. In addition, during his tenure at the Academy, he was selected as Brigade Commander becoming the highest-ranking midshipman (student) at the Academy. A position bestowed upon a midshipman of exemplary leadership and integrity. In 2012, Zerbin Singleton became the last pilot to be trained on CH-46E helicopter in the United States Marine Corps. This helicopter has been flown in every conflict since Vietnam. Zerbin is now flying AH-1Z Cobra Attack Helicopter.
